Depends on context mostly. Possibly the only truly rude one would be "right" - the more formal the relationship the more likely I am to use "you are welcome."

Agreed. How well I know the person and in what context (social vs business) makes a big difference.

I hated it when bosses told me we had to say,, "My pleasure." It feels fake and strange to me.
