Now what's up with IE?

Teamed up
In IE7, when one of my explorer windows crashed, it would die separately and leave all of the rest of my open explorer windows untouched. Now, in IE8, if any of my open explorer windows hangs, EVERY WINDOW DIES. This does NOT make me happy. Does anyone out in LJ-land know how to separate all of the IE windows again so that they won't all close when one crashes?

does it make a difference whether they're opened separately or from earlier windows?

It did in IE7 - if I spawned from other windows, they would all cascade. In IE 8, even individually booted windows are ALL crashing if one goes down.

The setting referenced in part three might be what you need.
