Baja Fresh is AWESOME. (March of Dimes stuff again)

Last night was the Baja for Babies fundraiser at Fairfax Town Center. It went really well. I was surprised at how many people eat at Baja Fresh on a rainy week night. There was a mad rush at about 6PM. We got a lot of smiles and nods as customers came in to order. People dropped off their spare change - over $20 worth! - when they threw out their trash. And the really cool thing was that the store management itself was so supportive. The staff put up balloons on every other table, and put up our fliers at every register and in both bathrooms. The campaign table was already set up and covered when we got there. We just had to plunk down our table stuff and put up our poster.

And Quixotic_Goat and Darkfyre_Muse drove all the way across town to eat with us. That gets extra super bonus cool points.

Now I'm working on getting anyone to attend my Pampered Chef fundraiser on Saturday. So far I've got 7 people attending... and 20 people who haven't responded one way or another. Please let me know if you are interested in the show or ordering! I'll send you a link/invitation.
