The Pampered Chef party on Saturday was a rousing success! Almost double the number of people who RSVP'ed actually came - the reverse of the usual. Wahyagar/Julesk's house was gorgeous, as usual. The knitting ladies arrived en masse and promptly plopped down with their catelogs like they were cramming for finals. The normal 2 1/2-hour show-and-party ran for under two hours, with orders coming thick and fast.

Including the five online orders that came through so far, the March of Dimes donation total from the party is hovering around $250. I'm so pleased with everyone and everything about this fundraiser. Everyone came, and everyone participated. It was so nice!

If anyone out there in LJ-land wants Pampered Chef, and to donate a percentage of the sales to March of Dimes, please let me know ASAP.
