Goats, gripes, and grasping for greatness
The garden is begun. Beets, peas, lettuce, carrots. Almost potatoes.

The long raised bed has been augmented, mulched, and planted with beets, sugar snap peas, carrots, and lettuce. This is also the last year for that bed. It is splitting and generally falling apart.

The new stone bed has been cleaned out and covered, ready for whatever is coming in that bed. The short bed next to it has likewise been weeded of almost all evil (there is one berry start that I missed) and is ready for whatever is next.

The spot where the potato pots go has been weeded and re-tarped. The potato pots have been dumped and cleaned and are ready for the potatoes. The potatoes have been sliced and sulfured, and are healing for a few days before being planted.

... And the snow is falling for real now. I think that is my cue for a nap.
