Zombies in Austin?

From indigo_rose99:

"Austin drivers making their morning commute were in for a surprise when two road signs on a busy stretch of road were taken over by hackers. The signs near the intersection of Lamar and Martin Luther King boulevards usually warn drivers about upcoming construction, but Monday morning they warned of "zombies ahead." (Compliments of KXAN news.)

Acclimation (and gardening)

It appears that I've successfully completed my winter acclimation. I spent most of today's to/from various places in a zip-up sweatshirt, as my regular coat was far too hot. This includes the tromping around in 28-degrees to get the mail, put snow chains on the car, and drive the last part of my trip home.

Of course, the two weeks where we barely saw double digits probably helped speed up the process.

Granted, I'm definitely ready for spring already. Last night and tonight I spent ~$75 on gardening supplies and spring plants. Death to the squash beetles, I demand it!
