While chatting with
melebeth, I got suspicious when I noticed that none of the three performances for which I have tickets was listed on the Warner Theater web site. So, I called. What joy. Not only was The Producers canceled in November, but all three of the other performances are canceled too (Sweet Charity, Cabaret, Aida). I called the season ticket people (Baci Management). The very nice lady on the phone said that I will be receiving a refund package and an explanatory letter "from the president, explaining his whys."
I can see a bright side. I get my money back. But WHAAAA! I really wanted to see Aida!!!
P.S. And no, Cats is not an acceptable substitute.
