Currently, I have a stellar resume for a person who would be great as a senior Jill of All Trades - I'm trying to get a prime contractor to recognize that he needs a cat herder. I have another one for a records and data management person who I've been protecting from some front-office administrivia spots too, because she is way overqualified for that office. And I admit to forwarding on some resumes to other people too... I feel that companies should compete for people, and that people should have as many opportunities as possible.
In short, if you know someone who is job hunting for anything financial, logistical, technical or program-management-al (risk, QA, etc.), point them my way.
