The process area processes are analyzed using the Process Analysis Worksheet in the [Thing One] and [Thing Two] Quality Process Management Worksheets ([Ref] 925.2) to determine which processes are primary contributors to the successful achievement of the selected top-level goals, and to aid in the selection of these processes to quantitatively manage. These process area processes are considered subprocesses of the overall project-defined process and will be referred to as subprocesses. Each selected process area process ( i.e, subprocess), will have one or more of its subprocesses selected to be statistically managed so that subprocess performance and possible improvement will likely result in the associated project’s top-level goals being reached.
