quixotic_goat is spending a day of leisure at our house today. Or at least, he was. He just called. The black goat* just had twin kids, so he's off to the barn to dry off baby goats and generally supervise for a bit until I can get home.*I have five pregnant black goats. The only thing I know at this point is that this goat is not Anna, because this mother has horns. Given that Alys went off yesterday, my bet is Mona.
ETA: Well, I was right, but wrong. The goat who had gone off with twins was the one who never has twins - Sashimi. While on the drive home, Q_Goat called to let me know that Mona was kidding while he was talking to me. So I got a play-by-play of a goat giving birth. Yes, darnit, I missed another one.
