Mistaken Identity --- this is getting ridiculous!

I just got a moving estimate in my e-mail box. This isn't spam, either. Unless achaosofkittens hasn't told me something rather important about my move to Ohio, I am concluding that this is another case of mistaken identity. Some other FirstLast's personal information has been sent in loving detail, weights and all, to my e-mail in-box.

ETA: I left a message for the moving company representative who sent that e-mail. He called back to apologize for sending the e-mail, to thank me for calling him, to confirm that I did not receive his corrected e-mail at [timestamp], to thank me again, to apologize again, and to wish me a good day. Now that is some good customer relations.
