Hopper-baby was bright white and dragging her feet, just like Julius did last year. This time, rather than waiting, we grabbed her and her mom Penny and moved them to the new field all by themselves to get her some TLC and individual attention. We've been feeding them medicated sweet feed, and checking on them daily to be sure that Hopper isn't stuck anywhere or getting any worse. Even with that, she's still got plenty of body mass and is eating/drinking/digesting normally.
It's been a week since we dewormed everyone, and Hopper is doing... ok. She was down on her side and yelling at us to come get her when we got home on Sunday evening. We can't figure out how or why she couldn't/wouldn't get up. She wasn't stuck to- or under anything.
